Our client is currently searching for a Relationship Specialist that is fluent in both English and Spanish to join their team. The ideal candidate will perform outstanding personalized customer service to their clients. Responsibilities

• Collaborate in a team environment to answer inbound calls from attorneys and claimants interested in pre-settlement funding or seeking updates on their funding (40%).

• Engage with plaintiffs and their attorneys by making outbound calls and sending emails to establish contact with potential clients and law firms, and gather relevant case information (20%).

• Conduct research using online tools, legal dockets, and Microsoft CRM to:

• Identify law firms whose clients may benefit from services.

• Reach out to firms to identify decision-makers and learn about their experience with the company or other funding providers.

• Schedule in-person or virtual meetings with key decision-makers to introduce products and services (40%).

• Maintain accurate and timely updates in Microsoft CRM.

• Provide exceptional, personalized customer service in every interaction.

• Nurture leads through effective verbal and written communication to maximize engagement and conversion.

• Promote the company's commitment to excellence and high-quality service.

• Perform additional duties as needed.
