Responsibilities:

• The Senior Systems Analyst is responsible for formulating and defining the system scope and objectives based on customer needs.

• Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems.

• Recommends and prepares technical procedure and design for new or existing applications, including system specifications and programming guidelines.

• Analyzes and revises existing system logic problems and documentation as necessary.

• Tests, debugs, documents and in-services system modifications and upgrades.

• Has full technical knowledge of all phases of application systems analysis.

• Ensures that change management policies and procedures are being applied within team.

• Takes ownership of resolution for product and/or implementation issues.

• Provides mentorship to less senior team members and is accountable as a role model for customer service excellence.

• Acts as project leader for designated projects as assigned.

• May work on multiple software applications and/or support multiple institutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Required Experience: 8 years as a Systems Analyst; or 8 years Planning, Design, Testing, Implementation, Support and Analysis of programs and software; or 4 years relevant experience with Bachelor's in Computer Science field.

• Must be experienced in systems development lifecycle, including requirements gathering and design.

• Must have participated in multiple phases of an integrated system implementation.

• Must have sound knowledge of multiple core technical areas or business processes. Understanding of interface specifications.
