Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Description

Manage all vendor setup. Manage vendor statements. Handle 1099 Reporting. Verify, track, and approve Liquid Planner invoices. Manage inventory returns. Learn Concur Admin processes to serve as a backup. Assist with the implementation of current projects (WMS, PMA, ServiceNow, AP automation). Follow up on accrual items with the team to ensure completion. Reconcile monthly rent payment requests from facilities, enter invoices for payment, and ensure timely payments. Serve as a backup for check printing. Process invoices for non-inventory purchases, inventory purchases, and backline expenses, including matching invoices to purchase orders, reviewing receipt status, coding non-inventory expense invoices, and entering invoices into the system. Resolve issues with all A/P invoices by working with corporate personnel, warehouse receiving personnel, and the purchasing department. Process both manual and system-generated check runs, including pulling invoices, matching to detail reports, selecting invoices, printing checks, and preparing checks for mailing.
