MetroHealth Advanced Practice Provider: Ambulatory Float in CLEVELAND, Ohio

We're growing and we are seeking highly motivated, adaptable, individuals with an interest in delivering excellent healthcare. As an Advanced Practice Primary Care Float, you will travel to different community locations and provide coverage for providers who are out on leave (schedule known in advance) for extended periods of time, to patients across the lifespan.

  • Family Medicine certification and experience required

  • 1 year of patient clinical experience as an Advanced Practice Provider required (with a demonstrated ability to work autonomously; capable of providing care without physician supervision)

  • 2+ years of patient clinical experience as an Advanced Practice Provider preferred
