General Service Schedule: M-F, 9 AM-5 PM, Occasional Weekend Events
Duties Include:
* *
- Complete pre and post test assessments, recruit participants to attend educational trainings from host site organizations current clients as well as future clients
* *
- Complete and submit monthly reports and data entry
* *
- Plan, organize, and implement workforce development, digital literacy along with financial and adult education initiatives, presentations, and events.
* *
- Comply with all AmeriCorps program guidelines by maintaining service hours, training hours, and service projects as outlined in the AmeriCorps Service Agreement.
* *
- Interact in a positive, professional, and cooperative manner with families, and other staff members; refer appropriate questions or concerns to AmeriCorps Program Manager.
* *
- Attend all required training courses and staff meetings and participate in AmeriCorps service projects.
* *
- Maintain clear, positive communication with host site staff to ensure smooth operation of programs and assists with recruitment and student/participant retention in a positive manner.
* *

Minimum Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
· At least 18 years of age
· Ability to pass criminal background check
· Working knowledge of Microsoft office software and data entry programs
· Positive and professional written and oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Highly organized and detail oriented
Experience and comfort with speaking in front of a group
