Asset Integrity Manager -- Position and Responsibilities As the Asset Integrity Department Manager with Middough, you will oversee the operational control the Asset Integrity services and programmatic work for our existing clients. The position includes scheduling field work, performing a final review of deliverables, sending deliverables to clients, developing a management strategy, performance reporting and monitoring of milestones of employees. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Plan, develop, coordinate, and direct department personnel to the successful completion of projects. Build and maintain key client relationships. Prepare proposals and project estimates for new projects. Handle and schedule project staffing utilization and needs. Coach, manage, and develop the Asset Integrity team. Collaborate with senior management in coordinating work for projects. Track projects to ensure schedule and budgets are maintained. Take an active role as needed in support of business development activities. Coordinate and track fieldwork with client contacts and report writing. Coordinate and ensure proper tracking of company owned equipment. Oversee logistics of equipment required for each project. Procure safety supplies and personal protective equipment. Handle resolution of client related situations. Ensure procedures and processes are current and adhered to. Support field work as required when resources are limited. Education, Experience and Skills The successful candidate will possess the following: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, project management, or related field. 5+ years of experience in engineering, technical design, and people management. Experience working in heavy industrial environment and marketplace exposure preferred. Demonstrated ability to effectively organize multiple assignments, complex assignments, and competing priorities to produce quality reports and results. Experience with structural steel, reinforced concrete, masonry and/or foundation design. Computer proficiency including general office products, design, and business enterprise software. Read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings. Licensure, certification, and/or experience with the following preferred: OSHA 10/30-hour certification MSHA Part 46/48 certification TWIC card Aerial lift training/certification Confined space training and competency Non-destructive testing experience (UTT, PT, MT, VT) API 510, 570 and 653 knowledge/certification Knowledge of IBC, AISC, ASCE, ASME, and API codes Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail abilities. Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities for project efficiency. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
