The Sherwin-Williams Company Automation & Insights Full-Time Development Program in Cleveland, Ohio

The Sherwin-Williams Automation & Insights Full-Time Development Program is designed to provide you with hands-on experience in predictive insights and business process automation. The 12-month program features rotational Predictive Planning & Insights and Business Process Automation experiences with cross-functional exposure to all the Finance Networks within Sherwin-Williams to develop the foundation for what it takes to become a successful leader in our organization. You will have the opportunity to spend 6 months in 2 departments each including Predictive Planning & Insights and Business Process Automation. Through these rotations, you will gain meaningful exposure to the innovative technologies and predictive analytics, and the processes that drive results for the business, all while developing the skills to prepare you for an analyst role upon successful completion of the program. Throughout the various rotations, you will be assigned tasks and projects to apply different skills, knowledge and strategies to drive results and continuous improvement of our technology and processes, allowing you to see the significant role our employees play in Sherwin-William's success. This program is scheduled to begin in June of 2025. Because this role involves access to confidential financial information, the Company has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and to provide similar protections for its clients and potential investments. Day to Day Responsibilities: In the Predictive Planning & Insights department, you will learn about the utilization of advanced financial analytics to instigate business-process optimization and bolster profit maximization, aiding the development of strategic growth plans for Sherwin Williams, scenario planning, modeling, and providing keen insights that guide the company's financial strategy and trajectory. In the Business Process Automation department, you will learn about identifying and implementing crucial business process automation to optimize efficiency and performance by harnessing digital capabilities for assessing, developing, and implementing automated solutions for change planning and development. Leadership Development: Through program requirements, activities, and daily responsibilities, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our functional processes, allowing you to see the significant role our employees play in Sherwin-Williams' success. Professional Networking: You will partner with fellow program participants through professional networking and engagement opportunities, work with a variety of finance and accounting experts, and learn from Sherwin-Williams leaders. Minimum Requirements Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future. Must have a completed degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field at the start of the program Preferred Qualifications Have prior school or work experience in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Engineering, Mathematics or related field Have at least one (1) year of experience using Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, and/or Outlook) Have previous experience working in a team-oriented setting including work experience, extracurricular activities, military service, etc. Have at least one (1) year of experience in leadership role(s), supervising others, or leading teams Previous Sherwin-Williams Internship or Co-Op experience Previous experience in the Sherwin-Williams Corporate Finance Internship Program Sherwin-Williams i
