MetroHealth Change Management Lead in CLEVELAND, Ohio

Location: METROHEALTH MEDICAL CENTER

Biweekly Hours: 80.00

Shift: 8-5

Summary:

As a Change Management Lead at MetroHealth, you will play a critical role in delivering a cohesive change management program across the organization. Working closely with the Director of Change Management, senior leadership, and various stakeholders, you will develop and implement innovative, practical solutions to identify and address change impacts and drive adoption. This role requires engaging with stakeholders at all levels to ensure successful change initiatives that align with MetroHealth’s mission, vision, and values.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis, planning, and execution of change management strategies to support organizational transformation.

  • Engage and advise stakeholders across the organization, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment with change initiatives.

  • Design and facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance change adoption and reduce resistance.

  • Develop communication materials that effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.

  • Monitor and report on change readiness, adoption metrics, and success measures, providing insights to senior leadership.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of change management activities with broader organizational goals.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Performance Technology, Organizational Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum of two years of experience in the practical application of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

  • At least one year of experience in designing and facilitating workshops or working sessions with leadership or impacted audiences.

  • Strong ability to identify patterns and trends in data and apply change management tools to support project initiatives.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skills.

  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

  • Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
