Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland & East Central Ohio is hiring customer service associates for our eCommerce team at our Cleveland warehouse.
As part of Goodwill's eCommerce operation, you will be part of a fast-growing team dedicated to maximizing the value of our donations. Our team supports Goodwill's job skills training and employment services mission by identifying valuables and selling them online.
This position is full-time Monday - Friday 7 am - 3:30 pm with an amazing benefits package that includes:

Essential Functions:
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and customer-centric fashion
Update online listings with additional information for our customers as needed
Answer phone calls from customers and outside vendors
Authorize refunds to customers following guidelines provided by eCommerce management
File shipping claims with shipping carriers as needed
Prepare orders for local pickup customers
Other duties as assigned
