The Salvation Army Harbor Light Complex Corrections Case Manager in Cleveland, Ohio
- Supervise program residents on the assigned floor.
- Supervise residents on assigned caseload, meeting with them as often as needed.
- Assist and support treatment staff in resident's program plan.
- Urge resident participation in appropriate community activities.
- Provide individual and group counseling as assigned.
- Report accurate statistics.
- Refer residents to appropriate community treatment resources in order to achieve their program goals.
- ensure all resident bed checks and headcounts are being performed and documented.
- Ensure that all persons and materials are being monitored for contraband.
- Ensure all corrections residents are being monitored through complete administration of check-in and check-out procedures.
- Act as team leader as requested and perform other duties as instructed by your supervisor.
