Sherwin-Williams Global Architectural Marketing Group is in search of a Digital Marketing Co-Op, Merchandising with 1+ years of professional digital experience with knowledge of and experience in an eCommerce environment. The Digital Marketing Co-Op, Merchandising will work within a robust eBusiness team to help execute promotional activities and daily maintenance on .com, PRO+App and PunchOut to drive online sales. This position will also be responsible for assisting with business reporting, promotional asset management, customer journey reviews and product detail page reviews. Responsibilities: Aid the Merchandising team with daily maintenance of SherwinWilliams.com, PRO+App and PunchOut such as sorting products, reviewing promotional activities, and pulling analytics to analyze results. Product performance analysis, promotional data pulls, sorting products on shelf pages, help with weekly business reviews, assist in the modernization attribute project. Conduct a customer journey project on a select product category and present out the results to the Merchandising team. Assist the Merchandising team in pulling business results for the weekly business review and promotional activities. Competencies: Gain knowledge of digital merchandising elements such as search, product placement, optimizing product detail pages, promotional strategy, etc. Learn and support promotional strategy across all channels. Work cross-functionally with eBusiness, analytics, marcom, IT and data teams to effectively support the holistic marketing campaigns and tactics that support pre-defined KPIs. Stay up-to-date on digital search marketing trends. FORMAL EDUCATION: Required: Must be actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field graduating between May 2025- December 2026 KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Required: Availability to work in a long-term co-op (9-12+ months) The ideal candidate must be available to work 37.5 hours per week during the summer and 20 hours/week during the school year Organizing, planning and prioritizing work Detail-oriented, flexible Team-oriented Ability to work independently Preferred: Experience in on a fast pace digital team Desire to further learn about Merchandising strategies TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Required: Experience with Google Analytics Experience working Microsoft ( excel & word) Exceptional verbal and written communication and project leadership skills, especially manager-level communication and the ability to tell a compelling story Preferred: Knowledge of IBM WebSphere Commerce Sherwin-Williams is proud to be an Affirmative Action, Equal Employment Opportunity, Inclusion and Diversity Supportive Employer.
