POSITION: eBilling Specialist LOCATION: Downtown Cleveland (Hybrid) INDUSTRY: Law Firm/Legal (Required) We are seeking an eBilling Specialist with legal/law firm industry experience to join a thriving and well established law firm in their Downtown Cleveland location. This is a hybrid role of in-office and remote! The Electronic Billing Specialist provides e-billing support to clients, including setting up clients on e-billing websites, maintaining LEDES templates, and performing monthly updates. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with client and vendor requirements, submitting and monitoring monthly bills, resolving rejections, creating appeals, and generating reports. The role involves using internal systems like Footprints for tracking and completing requests.
