Achieving this demands a cohesive, organized, well-executed portfolio of strategic IT initiatives. We are seeking an IT Project Manager (PM) for our Euclid, OH Global Headquarters. The IT PM will play a pivotal role in IT's capacity to deliver global high-quality solutions. The Project Manager is charged with managing projects through all phases: planning, scoping, analysis, requirements gathering, design, development, implementation, and post-launch support. The PM collaborates with IT Business Partners and IT Service/Portfolio Owners to establish project implementation plans and timelines. The PM then works closely with IT Solution Delivery teams to staff and successfully execute projects by ensuring timely deliverables and evaluating project performance (cost and timing) against the plan throughout the course of a project. The current open IT PM position centers on the need for an experienced software application implementation manager, with special emphasis on global third-party, configurable, often modular solutions architected around either a SaaS or an on-premise model. Examples of such solutions include global ERP (SAP), sales force automation (SalesForce), global time and attendance, and identity/access management.
