Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Lead Solution Architect in Cleveland, OH. This role is responsible for providing technical leadership to cross-functional teams in the design and implementation of comprehensive system/product architectures that effectively integrate with Sherwin's overall DT digital landscape and support key business objectives. The incumbent will be responsible for evaluating program or project challenges to create conceptual and logical architectural designs that alleviate challenges, while aligning to DT technical strategies. This will require collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve system design weaknesses, ensuring high-quality performance, contain TCO, and maintainability of the specific digital solutions. The Incumbent will ensure that solution architectures align with the overall Enterprise Architecture and meet business requirements.

Skills and Requirements

* 8+ years of experience in digital solution delivery or a solution architecture role.

* Proven experience in designing complex cloud software solutions for large-scale global implementations.

* Expertise in collaborating, communication, and presenting with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact business solutions.

* Extensive knowledge of modern architectural patterns, frameworks, and industry best practices

* Expertise with cloud computing, data center operations, network design, and security best practices

* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to innovate and think creatively. Salary: 120k- 160k null
