The Sherwin-Williams Company Marketing Specialist, Digital Catalogs in Cleveland, Ohio

The Specialist, Digital Catalogs is responsible for building and maintaining customized customer catalogs intended to drive sales in support of Global Architectural omni-channel goals. This position represents Multi-divisional business segments within Sherwin-Williams E-Business Center of Excellence. This includes adding product, SKU, pricing and customer data to the catalog, along with quality assurance of catalogs prior to sending static versions or allowing customer access to their catalog. This position is responsible to report and monitor issues found throughout the process and help ensure the best quality and most accurate information available is provided for all customers throughout the organization. Represents Multi-divisionial business segments within Sherwin Williams E-Business Center of Excellence. Creates and maintains digital product catalogs used across customer websites and customer specific catalogs working with the E-Business Catalog, MDM and Site Operations teams, National/Strategic Accounts, Operations and IT teams to meet customer needs and business objectives. Works with 3rd party system providers to understand system requirements for loading data and the format needed to accomplish this objective. Identifies needed enhancements within Stibo, Salsify and HCL to increase productivity and efficiencies and presents findings in detailed format to Manager, Digital Catalogs. Accurately maintains and updates catalog data and ensures price increases, customer requests and Sherwin-Williams internal product changes are current and timely. Recommends, develops and/or enhances internal facing tools used by SMEs, Reps or Field Personnel to increase efficiency and enhance their abilities to focus on customer needs and sales opportunities. Works with Third Party providers to establish approval dates for catalog uploads so that data is accurate for our customers. Develop and maintain process documentation to ensure quality standards and practices are consistent and up-to-date and communicated across teams. Collaborates with E-Business MDM team to ensure product data/SKU's, content and other requirements such as unique identifiers, pricing and other customer specifics are in place to ensure consistency and accuracy of the data across all customer outputs. Troubleshoot issues within Stibo and provide feedback to the E-Business Technical team to correct any errors that would cause customer delay in receiving new or updated catalogs. Supports the implementation of new systems and platforms. ADDITIONAL DIMENSIONS: Responsible for creating and maintaining digital catalogs within Stibo for distribution to customers via HCL and 3rd party procurement systems such as Ariba, Ops, Yardi used by National Account customers. Customer web portals, integrations and/or spreadsheets. Supports national and local sales teams to establish and maintain direct customer relationships and support the online sales growth of each customer. Works with 3rd party system providers to understand requirements and capabilities of the systems needed to meet customer expectations. Participates on cross-functional teams comprised of Marketing, Finance, Pricing, IT/Operations, Customer Service, and external partners/vendors.
