What we offer

  • Starting salary of $80,000 -- $85,000 per year.
  • Quarterly Bonus up to $1,200.

As the Director of Restaurant Training, you will have a range of responsibilities to shape the trajectory of our workforce. Here's what you can expect:

  • Plan, organize, facilitate, and track training programs that meet the needs of employees at all levels, ensuring alignment with our brand standards.
  • Develop engaging learning sessions that align with our company culture and business goals, using a mix of delivery methods like instructor-led sessions, experiential learning, and virtual sessions.
  • Continuously refine and optimize training programs to meet evolving business demands while upholding brand standards.
  • Collaborate closely with management to identify and cultivate leadership potential within our organization.
  • Develop Regional Training Coordinators to enhance instructor performance and improve program content and presentation methods, coordinating development plans across regions.

Requirements

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, talent management, or a related field, with a demonstrated track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.
  • At least 5 years of experience in leadership and communication is necessary, demonstrating proficiency in collaborating with diverse teams.
  • Previous experience in the QSR industry or similar fast-paced environments.
  • Proven capability in assessing training needs, formulating learning strategies, and evaluating program efficacy.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and familiarity with emerging trends in learning technologies.
  • Interested candidates will need to pass a background check also.
