Job Description: We are looking for an organized and driven Senior Associate to join our growing internal tax financial team.This position will be part of the Partner Tax Services Team and work directly for the Partner Tax Services Assistant Director. Partner Tax Services is a Firmwide group supporting all of our U.S. Crowe Partners (active and retired) with all personal tax compliance. Responsibilities: Technical review of individual tax returns; limited preparation if needed Assist in the maintenance of workflow of the partner tax return process Communication with other preparers and reviewers determining best practices Direct communication with Partners (clients) Monitoring of a group email box for general questions related to partner tax compliance Any other tax related items as determined by management (ie tax liability and cash flow projections) Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Minimum three plus years of work experience in individual taxation Working knowledge of partnership tax treatment as it pertains to individual taxes Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Strong working knowledge of CCH Axcess tax preparation software Strong working knowledge of CTC (Crowe Tax Connect) Good organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks Works well both independently and in a team environment with a positive attitude We expect the candidate to uphold Crowe's values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship.
