About the Job KeyBank follows a federated model for meeting its analytical needs, where each line of business owns its analytics and is responsible for generating its own reporting needs. Also, KeyBank has a Center of Excellence (CoE) to fulfill the need for more centralized analytical functions for the bank, which resides in the Data & Decisions organization. We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Quantitative Analytics Manager, who will be responsible for the design and implementation of strategic reporting that will support the bank's important reporting needs. This would include the creation of robust data pipelines (in Google Cloud) and data stores (in BigQuery) with proper safeguards and controls that meet governance needs for regulatory and internal audits, monitoring of our data assets to ensure accuracy and integrity of the reports, and the ability to trace the data lineage to its origins. Essential Job Functions * Design and implementation of KeyBank business essential reports that are used by our stakeholders across the bank as well as executives * Work with Google Cloud team and Google Cloud partner organizations to implement the reports the appropriate way in the Cloud * Write data pipelines in Python, SQL and using Google Cloud native tools such as Data Fusion, DataForm and Vertex Notebooks * Ability to orchestrate and automate data pipelines using Cloud Composer (Airflow) * Ability to create dashboards (in Tableau or Looker Studio) that create and distribute the reports to the appropriate stakeholders * Ability to work with team members from different background in a collaborative environment using the agile development methodology * Ability to clearly communicate and articulate, in relatable terms, how a report is created and maintained to the report's stakeholders * Manage consultants and third-party resources and communicate technical goals and objectives * Ensure recommended solution is in alignment with the technology roadmap at Key * Partner with Data Governance team to understand and implement proper report governance * Partner with Data Literacy team to integrate with data lineage, catalogue, and other needed capabilities for the reports * Partner with the rest of Enterprise Data & Analytics Services on identified data needs to provide solution options * Partner with Technology, and with analytics community, on program management activities to execute proof of concepts on new solutions and/or projects to implement new capabilities * Be the thought leader for the analytics portion of Key's cloud transformation including owning the change management activities * Influence diverse teams of managers and/or senior professionals * Help strategic ideas take root and provide early facilitation until a more formal project is established * Partner with line of business facing analytical teams and technology partners to align initiatives with broader organizational priorities
