Position Summary

The CSR II processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. A variety of communication channels are used to facilitate the order-to-shipment process. The CSR II works in a team environment to accomplish Customer Service goals and objectives. Reports to Customer Service Supervisor.

Position Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries received from a variety of channels for product or order information.

  • Coordinate problem resolution with internal partners and sales representative agencies.

  • Enter, proof, and edit customer orders and back-orders according to published policies and procedures to ensure accurate pricing, shipping, and customized text instructions.

  • Record and process non-compliance issues through designated quality process.

  • Enter, proof, edit customer master database of accounts according to required policies and procedures.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Two (2) to five (5) years prior customer service experience.

  • Knowledge of commonly-used customer service concepts, practices, and procedures used in a manufacturing environment.

  • Microsoft Office proficiency.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • LEAN process orientation preferred.

Education and Certification

  • High School Diploma required.

  • Undergraduate Degree preferred.
