The Sherwin-Williams Company SBS Supervisor- Global Systems Regional Supervisor in Cleveland, Ohio

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS Responsible for all functional and technical design, configuration, implementation, maintenance and testing of the SBS global transactional systems Troubleshoot integration related transmission errors in region collaborating with business and IT partners. Responsible to monitor, report, and track through all issues to resolution all errors. Troubleshoot the SBS global transactional systems functional issues and improvements utilizing the SBS global transactional systems Support and the the SBS global transactional systems community Develop and distribute region-specific communications and training to regional end users ensuring program alignment and visibility with all stakeholders. Incorporate updates from new releases and updates / introduction of functional processes to training materials and delivers training to end users in all supported countries Activate / reactivate / deprovision user access in region including document reassignments. Identify user access needs and maintain custom roles as required Serve as a subject matter expert for the SBS global transactional systems application, performing user training and maintaining procedural documentation Participate in the design and testing of the configured system, support of the configured system after go-live, ongoing configuration and integration support of the configured system, and support for all the SBS global transactional systems upgrades Create and maintain documentation and configuration standards for all segments of the the SBS global transactional systems platform. Assist with the creation of Policy & Procedure of the business process and system. Participate on governance committee Maintain system data and access including: All SBS global transactional systems such as Coupa, SirionLabs, Allocadia, Concur, Lucernex and more Be a resource to assist the SirionLabs business community in the development of ad-hoc reports or queries using various tools. This will require the ability to understand data structures and analyze data retrievals Support multiple global enterprise applications across the global transactional systems team Manage several cross functional projects Supervise and lead multiple team members across multiple projects POSITION REQUIREMENTS FORMAL EDUCATION: Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Information Systems or related field is required. KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Required 3+ years of experience with procurement or other relevant systems or application management experience Preferred: Real Estate, Accounts Payable, Procurement or IT experience Experience with Software as a Service Experience with financial accounting, customer management, and sales force automation software TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Required: Strong people skills to support remote users effectively. Strong analytical skills geared towards troubleshooting. Must be able to work in a complex and fast-paced environment. Be a key player of the implementation of the platform to support its successful, on-time delivery. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word, and Power Point Incumbent must have effective interpersonal skills and judgment to handle sensitive and confidential information and situations Preferred: Experience with maintenance and administration of finance applications. Experience with master and metadata management with various sets of data. Familiar with finance technology strategy and finance systems product lifecycle. Project management experience.
