Cleveland Clinic Senior Clinical Manager - EEG Neurodiagnostics in Cleveland, Ohio

A caregiver in this position works Monday - Friday, from 8am - 5pm.

A caregiver who excels in this role, will:

  • Oversees all Neurophysiology operations (EEG, IOM, PMU, EMU, BEMS and MEG)

  • Directs operations across the enterprise including Florida and Akron.

  • Oversees programs with non CCF affiliated hospitals

  • Functions as a technical resource related to clinical processes

  • Ensures the quality, productivity, and respective site goals are met

  • Assists Clinical Managers in the development of staff. Develops competencies for all staff.

  • Develops and maintains quality assurance (QA) initiatives

  • Develops new and revises operational functions required to maintain efficiencies.

  • Provides direct oversight of Clinical Managers

  • Develops strategies to present to Center leadership to address trends in visits, long range planning and process improvement.

  • Create and designs operational plans to establish new labs across the Enterprise.

  • Works with outside vendors and suppliers.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal caregiver include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration or related field.

  • Master's Degree preferred

  • Registered Electroencephalograms Tech (REEGT) and Certified Neurophysiological Intraoperative Monitoring (IOM)

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience working in a Neurophysiology environment including at least 5 years of management experience.

  • Additional related experience may offset the Bachelor's degree.

Preferred qualifications for the ideal caregiver include:

  • Thrives in a team environment.

  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic.

  • Has excellent leadership and communication skills. ​

  • Has worked in larger, matrixed healthcare organizations.
