Description We are offering a unique opportunity for a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant in Cleveland, Ohio. This role primarily focuses on managing the implementation of a cloud-based project in the telecom industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating efforts across multiple departments, serving as a liaison between vendors and stakeholders, and developing strategies for efficient collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the implementation of a cloud-based project, ensuring the execution of all associated tasks and activities

• Develop a program and project structure that effectively achieves the goals and objectives of the project

• Act as the Change Management Lead, incorporating change management practices to ensure successful rollout and adoption

• Serve as a liaison between the vendor and the city stakeholders, coordinating all activities related to the development and delivery of enhancements, solutions, and upgrades

• Provide regular reports on progress, milestones, risk mitigation, and issue escalation to the steering committee

• Coordinate with the internal Business Process Team to identify requirements, improvement opportunities, and recommendations for city permitting and licensing business processes impacted by the system

• Develop appropriate metrics for the performance and results of the program and identify an effective mechanism for tracking and reporting

• Interact with top city administration and operations level staff

Skills:

• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira

• Familiarity with Cloud Technologies

• Experience with CRM

• Knowledge of Database and EO/IR systems

• Understanding of About Time and AB Testing

• Experience with Budget Processes and Design

• Proficiency in Order Management and Work Orders Requirements • Demonstrated experience in Project Management or Senior Consultant role

• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira and other project management tools

• Familiarity with Cloud Technologies and their application in business environments

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

• Knowledge of Database management and operations

• Understanding of EO/IR systems

• Ability to use 'About Time' software for time tracking and management

• Experience in AB Testing and its implementation in project development

• Familiarity with Budget Processes and financial planning in project management

• Skills in Design, including principles and applications in project development

• Experience in Order Management and Work Orders processing

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Proven record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
