The Sherwin-Williams Company Sr. Manager, Creative Marketing in Cleveland, Ohio

Lead and inspire a team of creative professionals, including internal team members and external agency partners, to deliver high-quality creative solutions that meet Sherwin-Williams brand's business goals and objectives. Manage agency relationships, creative oversight for key campaigns and integrations. Collaborate with Segment and Division marketing teams to develop and execute targeted communications that enhance brand awareness and engagement. Ensure adherence to best practices in content creation, timely execution, and budget management, maintaining alignment with marketing objectives and brand standards - meeting voice and tone of customer segments. Play a key role in supporting the production of the National Sales Meeting, including leading production of the Vendor Award Show. Supervise all photography and video shoots for National advertising and maintain up-to-date photo files. Manage all creative assets to ensure they are up-to-date, accurate (meeting brand standards) and easily accessible. Promote cross-functional collaboration and knowledge-sharing between creative teams and other departments to ensure alignment of creative initiatives with overall business objectives. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to creative output, project timelines, resource utilization, and client satisfaction, leveraging data analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize team performance. Encourage open dialogue, mutual respect, and collaboration among team members from diverse backgrounds, fostering creativity, innovation, and mutual understanding. EDUCATION Required: Bachelor's Degree (required) in marketing, advertising, or communications (preferred) KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE Required: 5-7 years of creative marketing experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate feedback/creative direction to creative team and stakeholders. Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record of successful creative project management Collaborative work style.
