Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM implementation, extensive experience in validating and testing software, and proficiency in using Selenium for automated testing.

o Lead and manage CRM implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

o Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

o Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure the quality and functionality of CRM systems.

o Utilize Selenium to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for regression and functional testing.

o Identify, document, and track defects and issues, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

o Conduct system validation and verification activities to ensure compliance with business requirements and industry standards.

o Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the CRM system.

o Continuously monitor and evaluate system performance, recommending improvements and optimizations as needed.

o Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in CRM systems and automated testing.
