Location: Remote - New Hampshire - Cleveland, OH, United States (US) Employment Status: Salary Full-Time Function: Sales Pay Range: ($70,700.00 - $116,700.00) Target Bonus: % Req ID: 25064 PURPOSE: Actively manage and grow $10 million territory; drive corporate and regional strategic initiatives; build distributor relationships to grow discretionary sales and promote your own target programs to increase share. JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES) * Actively manage and grow existing $10 Million territory in Northern New England including the states of Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont. * Develop strategies to grow business with key distribution partners within the territory. Support and promote corporate distributor programs and create your own targeted programs to drive sales and increase share through this channel. * Aggressively engage all large and medium end-users to deliver Lincoln's total value proposition and increase sales. Provide technical support, demonstrations, and training where needed and where it will drive a positive sales result. Drive corporate and regional strategic initiatives. * Provide end-user training support and promote all Lincoln products with a special focus on Automation products. * Drive Educational Programs to all major schools and unions to increase product share, visibility and total sales in educational facilities. * Manage key agricultural shows and motorsport venues in Northern New England. * Assume additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the Company's 2025 Strategy. BASIC REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering discipline strongly preferred; ten years industry experience may be considered in lieu of degree. * Minimum of three years of experience as a Technical Sales Representative or similar position. (Minimum five years for level II or minimum 8 years for level III.) * Preferred experince in welding sales, welding Engineering and/or steel fabrication * Above-average sales performance over the last three + years. * Self-motivated, aggressive and independent. * Ability to relocate to Northern New England or Portsmouth, NH region. * Selected candidate's Job Level and Pay Grade will be determined based upon qualifications and experience.
