ManpowerGroup Field Mechanical Technician - Spanish Speaker in Cleveland, Texas

We are seeking a Field Maintenance Technician who can speak Spanish - the Technician will operate, troubleshoot, service and maintain all mechanical, electro-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems on company equipment in the facility or during field service work assignments, assure safe and proper use of equipment and satisfactory completion of the job and prepare reports in accordance with established quality control procedures. May, (at times), be responsible for supervision of other technicians and for job site supervision, at the discretion of operations management.

Job Title: Field Maintenance Technician

Location: Cleveland, TX

Position requires travel locally and internationally

What’s the Job?

  • Operate, repair, assemble, and test coating equipment, blasting equipment and other equipment as required

  • Troubleshoot issues in house and in the field

  • Communicate with customers on issues or problems in the field

  • Coordinate with clients on training times and schedules

  • Perform training on equipment for clients

  • Dismantle equipment, repair or replace defective parts

What’s Needed?

  • Able to work alone at times

  • Mechanical operation, troubleshooting and repair experience

  • Eletrical operation, troubleshooting and repair experience

  • Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) or Liquid coating experience (Preferred)

  • NACE CIP I certification (preferred)

  • Onshore or offshore work experience

  • Bilingual in Spanish, required
