A dynamic law firm in Clifton Park, NY is seeking an experienced Attorney specializing in Personal Injury and General/Civil Litigation from the plaintiff side. Hours and Benefits for the Attorney- Personal Injury and Civil Litigation:

• $100-140K+ (depending on years of experience and if bringing a Book of Business).

Responsibilities for the Attorney- Personal Injury and Civil Litigation

Legal Expertise:

• Provide exceptional legal representation with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Personal Injury and General/Civil Litigation, particulary from the plaintiff side.

• Handle cases independently and collaboratively with the existing team.

• Business Development:

• A pre-existing book of business is desirable but not mandatory.

• Opportunity to earn a percentage of fees generated from brought-in business.

• Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate effectively with senior attorneys and administrative staff to ensure comprehensive case management and client satisfaction.

Requirements for the Attorney- Personal Injury and Civil Litigation:

• 5+ years of experience with personal injury and general/civil litigation law.

• Hold a J.D. and be admitted to the New York State Bar.

• Strong organizational skills.

• High degree of professionalism and integrity.

• Willingness to travel locally to other offices as needed.
