Adecco Healthcare is searching for a Clinical Team Manager to become part of our client's team in Clinton, SC - 29325. This is a direct-hire, full-time, and permanent opportunity.

Pay

$86,000-$93,000

Shift

  • Monday-Friday

  • 8:00am-5:00pm (occasional after hours; typically not on call, with the exception of a nurse calling out and they may need to help with patients)

Position Summary

The Team Manager oversees the daily operations of a multidisciplinary team, handling supervision, resources, schedules, and task allocation. They ensure patient care adheres to organizational protocols and regulatory standards. Their role includes assisting in hiring, developing staff skills, and providing training. The Team Manager fosters high-quality care through staff mentoring and enforcing documentation standards. Additionally, they contribute to continuous process enhancement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • RN SC or compact license

  • BSN

  • Experience in Home Care (preferred), ER, LTC, skilled living facility, or similar settings

  • RN experience (at least 4-5 years)

  • Leadership/Supervisor experience (at least 6+ months)

  • Ability to be hands-on to guide/support employees
