What youll do: Work under the Finance Analyst to help with accounts payables and receivables processes. Respond to supplier inquiries in a timely and professional manner that helps to create positive relationships. Manage queues in third party payables system (API). Cash Payments. Processing customer refunds. Reconcile vendor statements. Resolve RNI items. Update and maintain Excel Spreadsheets. Run weekly reports. Assist specialists in daily tasks. What youll need: Pursue a 4-year degree in accounting or finance. A background in accounting is a plus. Availability to start in October or November 2024. Availability to work from 20 to 40 hours a week, flexible to your school schedule. Excellent written and verbal English language and communication skills. Familiarity with MS Office Suite, especially Excel functions and formulas. High-energy level paired with curiosity and keen desire to learn and understand business acumen in a dynamic, aggressively growing company. Self-motivated with high-achiever mentality, entrepreneurial spirit, strong leadership skills, decision-making abilities, and work ethic.
