Osborn Consulting Administrative Coordinator in Clyde Hill, Washington

We're looking for a proactive and highly organized Administrative Coordinator to support Osborn Consulting as our civil engineers and landscape architects create positive change in our local communities and the Pacific Northwest. About the Position As the administrative powerhouse of our organization, you'll have considerable influence in ensuring seamless operations across our Bellevue and Seattle offices. This role bridges both locations, and you will have the opportunity to grow into an Administrative Manager, where you would be well positioned to lead our administrative team into the future. Take the reins and help us refine our administrative operations, including by: Maintaining a welcoming office environment by serving as the first point of contact for guests, interview candidates, and employees. Coordinating purchases to ensure the offices are stocked with your team's favorite snacks and drinks. Managing office supply ordering for both locations. Providing initial troubleshooting for conference room issues before engaging our internal IT team. Assisting with upcoming office moves and change management efforts. Supporting executive team members with travel arrangements and various projects (e.g., expense reports and credit card receipt documentation). Coordinating event planning, setup, and cleanup. Facilitating communication between our People Operations and IT teams to optimize office functionality. Contributing to additional projects as needed. About You A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt. Proven experience (4+ years) as an administrative assistant or similar role. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment. To thrive in this position, you may also have: Associate degree Experience in customer service Office relocation or change management experience Location This position is fully in person and is based out of our Bellevue office with 1-2 days a week in our Seattle office. We're flexible on specific days and care more about consistency for predictability in your schedule. Hours We have some flexibility in the hours for this position. Our offices are open 8 am to 5 pm Mondays through Fridays. Start times can range from 7-9 am and end between 4-6 pm.
