Requisition Summary PACCAR is searching for talented individuals to join our 2025 Summer Accounting Internship Program! The Accounting Internship Program will place selected candidates in our Accounting Teams in Bellevue, WA. We are pleased you are seeking an internship with PACCAR and wish you the best of luck! Internships include unique learning opportunities such as: Learn first-hand from the industry's top professionals. Work directly with Senior Managers and Controllers. Develop mentoring relationships with experienced accountants. Gain valuable hands-on experience. The internship is scheduled to begin in May or June 2025. Job Functions / Responsibilities Participate in month-end financial closing procedures, including preparing reconciliations and journal entries. Assist in the preparation of quarterly external reporting. Participate in Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) testing. Engage in continuous process improvements projects. Contribute to additional projects that provide financial analysis to support company decision-making. Skills / Competencies Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task Resourceful and a self-starter Strong professionalism Analytical and critical thinking Sense of urgency Education Actively enrolled in an Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or other related fields. The salary range for internship positions is $25 an hour for undergraduate students and $30 an hour for graduate students.
