As a Manager of the Complex Support Team you will be responsible to develop and maintain long term technical relationships with customers by supporting day-to-day operating needs during the post commissioning period in order to facilitate future business and/or recurring revenue. You will ensure that the applicable EH&S and department procedures, checklists and documentations are properly followed by site personnel. Essential Responsibilities: Lead Field Service Representatives located at key customer locations and/or regions. Work closely with the Project Manager and Project Team to facilitate a transition from Startup to Warranty Phase. Develop Maintenance, Sparing and/or end-of-life replacement a plans for process equipment and/or sub-systems. Coordinate with Sub-Suppliers, Contractors and/or Consultants to address warranty items as applicable. Assist internal stakeholders in the development of opportunities to generate continuous revenue. On site assistance during equipment arrival, site readiness, subcontractor scope of work walkthrough, performance test and other critical site visits. Ensure that customer has appropriately store and maintained equipment, membrane and other equipment supplied by VEOLIA prior to commence commissioning activities. Support Project Managers on financial and technical reporting during final phases of project, including warranty support. Provide feedback to Project Team and other internal stakeholders regarding project execution and continuous improvement. Work closely with Human Resource Managers and peers on the career development of your direct reports. Qualifications / Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Engineering or minimum 15 years' experience with Veolia's water treatment equipment including Greenleaff, ABW, Accelerator, Clarifiers, Climber Screens, Ultrafiltration and industrial treatment plants. Focus on customer relationships (both external and internal customers). Understands balance between customer and VEOLIA teams. Knowledge of ingredient water and wastewater process: Understand disinfection, UV, RO, IX, etc. Valid passport and driver's license. Ability to travel (5080 days/year) throughout North America, and to other places in the world. Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely with project teams. Effective oral and written communication skills. Aptitude for planning, organizing, scheduling, assigning and evaluating the work of subordinates coupled with clear, concise. communication and presentation skills. Comfortable working in a multiple disciplinary team environment across different offices/geographical regions. Interact directly with the client and other internal/external stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver projects with highest quality.
