Tanium Program Manager - Autonomous Endpoint Management - 5715237 in Clyde Hill, Washington

The Basics: Tanium is seeking an energetic, detailed-oriented, and highly strategic Program Manager to help us support and build our Autonomous Endpoint management (AEM) platform. The AEM Program Manager will partner closely with the product and engineering teams and go-to-market (GTM) teams for the successful program management of the AEM initiative. You will be focused on tracking, monitoring, and communicating the progress of the programs. Additionally, you will ensure alignment and ongoing collaboration. The ideal candidate is highly analytical and resourceful, team-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills, and has a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and changing business environment. Supporting VP of AI/AEM. IC but supported with team matrix. What You'll Do: Partner with Company-wide Subject Matter experts and stakeholders to develop and deliver programs related to:

  • Track, monitor, and communicate progress of all components of AEM platform
  • Establish strategies, processes, and cadence for cross-communication between product, engineering, and the field
  • Standardize operational cadence and process consistency for all AEM initiatives
  • Responsible for all phases of the program management lifecycle including inception and planning, time and resource allocation, execution, adoption and ongoing support
  • Be the process engineer - understand stakeholder requirements and needs, spot inefficiencies and gaps before they become blockers, set and enforce deliverable schedule, align and manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure on-time and in-scope program delivery
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to create and document program plans including scope, requirements, bill of materials, goals, RACI's, agendas and action plans
  • Responsible for risk mitigation, change management, and resolution
  • Develop and maintain program status and reporting to stakeholders and leadership
  • Demonstrate the ability to comfortably navigate ambiguity, take initiative and work closely with project leads to deliver strategic insights, provide solutions to challenges and recommendations based on business analyses
  • Work with peers to compile, communicate, and share learnings that guide future program execution and standards

We are looking for someone with: Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Experience:

  • Ideally 5+ years of successful program/project management experience leading large complex cross-org projects. (Product / engineering operations experience a plus)
  • Experience in software ideally security, IT ops, or AI
  • Experience in creating processes and improving processes
  • Excellent Program and Project Management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation)
  • Leadership and influence skills.
  • Excellent business and financial acumen
  • PMP certification preferred.
