Position Overview: Working with the Atlassian Workplace Experience team to create the best workplaces. This position will play a fundamental role in creating and delivering exceptional experiences and ensuring that all customers and visitors are assisted accordingly in a warm, professional and friendly manner. This role will assist and support the Atlassian Workplace Experience team to ensure that they deliver the very best service and services at all times and assist in the management of the workplace accordingly. Facilities Responsible for vendor management and administrative tasks for the facilities activities Along with team, support repair and maintenance activities Directly address/fix minor repair items in-house such as basic desk troubleshooting/repairs, cabinetry repair, and door repairs Perform inspections and maintain facilities records Support site work ticket queue Support Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental activities Support move activity at the site(s) Support team with monthly reports Guest Services Support site concierge activities Support Front of House desk and customer service activities Responsible badging process and associated technology Participate in desk coverage Events Support on-site events: Big 5 annual events; New Years Holiday Party Friends & Family Big Bash (Global Team Building Event) Ship It (quarterly) Onsite Team Gatherings Monthly celebrations, TGIF Wellness Support Event Coordinator in Wellness activities including: Ergonomic assessments Fitness class - management and logistics. Events - fun runs, blood drives, flu shots. Be proactive in sourcing innovative new event and wellness ideas that may not be commonplace in the industry or geography. Food and Beverage Support Experience Manager, in management of Food and Beverage vendor Support Event Lead in management of Catering vendors for events Communications Communicate with team and client frequently and effectively Be prepared to communicate with all levels of management within the business (C-Suite level site) Emails & Slack messages alerting Atlassians of site facilities activities Create and maintain blogs Create and maintain site playbook and web pages Update work tickets Monitor and update site specific and global Slack channels Finance Responsible for spending activity and expense reports Manage backup and paperwork for spend Actively participate in site budget process Actively seek and document cost savings opportunities Other Ensure vendor insurances are in place and meet legal requirements Support on site Physical Security team Participate in projects as required Understand the evolving culture of Atlassian and the local office flare Continually look at ways to add innovation and process improvement KEY RESULT AREAS Provide superior client service (85% weighting) Contribute to the growth of the company (10% weighting) Enhance own professional and personal skills (5% weighting) Job Requirements: Support a positive team environment with a friendly and can do attitude Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive outlook and proactive approach Demonstrate the ability to make the customer feel that they are the only guest, and delivering an outstanding lasting impression <
