You will partner with leaders across our global Engineering organization to provide essential support for implementing talent strategy, organizational design, employee engagement, performance management, and other innovative programs. You will: Provide deep partnership with leaders across our Engineering organization to execute on rollout of Smartsheet wide people programs such as talent reviews, compensation planning, & employee engagement programs Earn and maintain strong partnerships within the business to help align on and support the work of the People team Partner, support & coach leaders through organizational design and people strategies aligned to dynamic shifts in our growing and evolving business Develop and deliver solutions, programs and policies by analyzing trends and metrics in partnership with the Centers of Excellence in People & Culture Facilitate change management and organizational design within a rapid and complex work environment Develop and deliver employee talent programs designed to improve performance, retention, motivate, develop, and identify high potential employees Analyze trends and metrics to help inform data-driven business decisions Manage and resolve employee relations activities, including performance improvement situations and investigations, working directly with managers, employees and legal team Ability to support management teams from first line managers to executives Collaborate with Talent Management, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, People Analytics and global People Partnerships teams You have: 8+ years of increasing PBP experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or comparable work experience; accredited HR certification or education a plus The ability to work with individuals inside and outside Smartsheet in a way consistent with our values and commitment to service Exceptional data acumen; ability to deeply dive into employee data for meaningful actionable insights Actively engaged in continuing to build HR knowledge, including understanding of employment laws The ability to effectively lead and drive impact through influence and trust US Perks & Benefits: HSA, 100% employer-paid premiums, or Buy-up medical/vision and dental coverage options for full-time employees Stock - Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) for eligible roles Lucrative Employee Stock Purchase Program (15% discount) 401k Match to help you save for your future (50% of your contribution up to the first 6% of your eligible pay) Monthly stipend to support your work and productivity Flexible Time Away Program, plus Incidental Sick Leave US employees are automatically covered under Smartsheet-sponsored life insurance, short-term, and long-term disability plans US employees receive 12 paid holidays per year Up to 24 weeks of Parental Leave Personal paid Volunteer Day to support our community Opportunities for professional growth and development including access to Udemy online courses Company Funded Perks, including a counseling membership, local retail discounts, and your own personal Smartsheet account Teleworking options from any registered location in the U.S. (role specific) Smartsheet provides a competitive base salary range for roles that may be hired in different geographic areas we are licensed to operate our business from.
