ManpowerGroup Operator 2, Machine - Hunt Valley in Cockeysville, Maryland

Our client, a leading manufacturer in Hunt Valley, MD is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting various machines used in the manufacturing process. Your role is crucial in ensuring that production runs smoothly and that products meet quality standards.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Hunt Valley MD.

Pay Range: $18.55 per hour

What’s the Job?

  • Set up, operate, and monitor machines to ensure they are running efficiently and producing quality products.

  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs/updates on machinery to keep it in good working condition.

  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve productin issues and improve processes.

  • Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.

What’s Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalents; technical certification or vocational training is a plus.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills.

  • Ability to reach and interpret techinical documents and blueprints.

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing control environment.
