This role offers competitive compensation ( $18.00/hour ) with the potential to convert to a permanent position after the 12 month contract period is completed.

Work Schedule: Thursday - Sunday, 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM

Training Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday, 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM for 2 weeks

Qualifications:

• Experience with document scanning and imaging preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scan and image customer/client documents received via US mail, overnight mail, and local courier.

• Operate high-speed scanning machinery and perform routine maintenance.

• Extract documents from envelopes, identify exceptions, and handle cash and credit card payments.

• Perform Match and Compare processes as requested by the client.

• Identify different work flows and document retention requirements.

• Work in a high-volume production environment, sitting for extended periods.

• Proactively identify and manage risks.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
