salary: $25 - $28 per hour

work hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and operations of both facilities (DC and College Park).

Coordinate with external contractors and service providers.

• Office Services Management: Manage daily office operations such as mail distribution,

reception services, pantry management. Ensure all office equipment is maintained and

serviced regularly to minimize downtime.

• Space Planning and Management: Manage the allocation and layout of office spaces,

including hoteling and conference rooms. Optimize space usage and maintain reservation

systems to ensure smooth operation of business activities.

• Event Coordination: Oversee the scheduling and setup of meetings and events for both tenants and external groups. Coordinate with IT, catering, and logistics to ensure

successful event execution.

• Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with all third-party vendors

and service providers. Negotiate contracts to achieve favorable terms and oversee

performance to ensure contractual obligations are met.

• Team Leadership: Provide training and support to team members to achieve

departmental goals.
