• Direct hire opportunity

• Salary: $70,000-$80,000

• Onsite role

Summary

• Prepares and Processes payroll for two sites

• Manage wage related compliance efforts in a timely manner

• Maintains up to date high-level knowledge of payroll system

• Prepare reports to relevant departments regarding payroll

• Answer escalated payroll related questions and/or correct paycheck errors, and adjustments

• Run reports during payroll process to find any potential errors

• Prepares invoices for payment; processes all company payments in a timely manner.

• Interfaces with appropriate departments to secure proper payment approvals.

• Prepares accounts payable checks, ACH and Wires.

• Oversees maintenance of accounts payable files and records.

• Prepares 1099s.

• Responds to all vendor and employee inquiries regarding invoices, expenses, and check requests; resolves invoice discrepancies.

• Analyzes and tracks accounts payable amounts; prepares analysis of accounts as required.

• Assists with monthly closings

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of full cycle payroll processing experience

• Accounts payable experience

• Excellent attention to detail

• Intermediate Excel experience

• Great communication and interpersonal skills
