Responsibilities You will be responsible for various tasks related to maintaining buildings at DeNooyer Chevrolet in Colonie, New York. Your role will involve: * Maintaining and repairing the physical structure of the buildings. * Performing regular inspections and reporting any issues. * Ensuring safety protocols are followed. * Coordinating with contractors and vendors for repairs or installations. * Keeping inventory of necessary supplies and tools. * Responding to maintenance requests and resolving issues promptly. Requirements: * At least one year of building maintenance, construction and plumbing is required. * Electrical knowledge or experience is recommended but not required. * Heavy lifting is required. * Must have a driver's license and clean driving record. * Ability to multitask and prioritize projects and complete in a timely manner.
