Director In Training | Colorado Springs

The Sunshine House is seeking a Director In Training to learn from and support our centers in Northern Colorado. This position will equip you to potentially step into a Center Director role in the future.

Salary: This is a Full Time hourly position with full benefits at $22-$24 an hour.

Requirements

  • Large Center Director qualified in Colorado as well as Lead Teacher qualified in Colorado: BA or AA in an education field, or a combination of experience and professional development training.

  • Some management experience preferred.

  • A strong commitment to customer service and family relationships.

  • Willingness to drive a 14 passenger mini bus.

  • Willingness to support teachers in the classroom.
