Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Consumer Credit Card Portfolio Manager II or III to join our team in Westminster, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our consumer credit card portfolio, ensuring its profitability and growth while mitigating risks. Develop and implement strategies to maximize the performance of the consumer credit card portfolio Analyze portfolio trends, market conditions, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement Conduct regular risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new credit card products and enhance existing offerings Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and ensure compliance across all portfolio activities Lead data-driven decision-making processes to optimize credit policies and underwriting criteria Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including credit bureaus and card networks Develop and maintain financial models to forecast portfolio performance and assess potential impacts of market changes

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred 5+ years of experience in credit card portfolio management or related field Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analytics In-depth knowledge of consumer credit industry, credit card products, and regulations Experience with risk management and credit risk assessment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in financial modeling software and data analysis tools Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities CFA or FRM certification preferred Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Experience with consumer credit products and understanding of financial markets and trends

Additional Information

The pay range for the level II position is: $99,153 to $130,124 per Year (S17)

The pay range for the level III position is: $117,124 to $153,732 per Year (S18)

Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, certifications, and internal pay equity.
