Position Overview:

Infinity is seeking a talented Defensive Cyberspace Operations Program Manager to join our growing team . In this role, you will contribute to a dynamic operational environment by creating and fostering a cyber-minded culture within your team ; leading your team to successfully execute Cyber Hardening Missions, Hunt Operations, Clear Operations, and Continuous Assessments for critical national assets ; and working with stakeholders to enable identify, detect, protect, respond, and recover activities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversee contract requirements and be a point of contact within the management team responsible for updating customers regarding contract progress.

  • Hire and maintain a skilled and motivated workforce that has the ability to meet the requirements of assigned work activities.

  • Lead assigned team members by setting expectations, monitoring progress, providing coaching and development opportunities, addressing performance concerns, and recognizing personal and team achievements.

  • Forge positive relationships with customers and stakeholders; meet regularly with customers/stakeholders to formulate and review task plans and deliverables.

  • Ensure conformance with program schedules and costs; develop budgets and associated control plans for assigned programs.

  • Manage quality control of contract deliverables, as required per contract

  • Coordinate between customer representatives and the Director of Programs and Infinity Corporate staff to meet requirements.

  • Prepare for, attend, and brief during PM-related meetings such as Infinity Program Management Reviews (PMRs).

  • Crafting and executing strategic plans that align with , enable, and further the defensive cyberspace operations mission of our customer and stakeholders .

  • Identifying and managing potential risks and issues. You will implement mitigation plans and escalate issues as necessary to enable mission success .

    Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to obtain one or more of the following by April 2025: DoDM 8140.03 certifications: CCE , CISM , CISSO , GFAC , GSLC

  • Ability to travel 15%, on average, based on stakeholder and mission needs

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • 10+ years of experience managing multiple complex programs/projects , timelines, and resources

  • 10+ years of experience communicating and collaborating with customer management-level personnel

  • 10+ years experience with government contracts and compliance

  • 7+ years experience working with cybersecurity and information technology

  • 7+ years experience with program planning, cost controls, and budgeting

  • 5+ years experience managing teams of 20+ engineering and technical personnel

  • An understanding of modern cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigations

  • Ability to manage tasks effectively and motivate personnel to accomplish assigned tasks

  • Experience with organizational/personnel conflict resolution and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to lead and collaborate positively in a team environment with people of different levels of experience and education and virtually in geographically dispersed locations

  • Must be fluent in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional DoDM 8140.03 certifications: CySA + , CBROPS , CFR , FITSP-O , GCIA , GDSA , GICSP , GCFA , CEH

  • Prior Cyber certifications (Cyber 101, 4-11-C32-255S (CP) , 4C-255N (CP) , 4C-255A (CP) , M0923W1 , A-531-0045 , A-531-0022 , A-531-4417 , WSS 012 )

  • Familiarity with concepts and protocols in computer networking

  • Familiarity with vulnerability scanning and associated tools and technologies

  • Familiarity with developing and deploying signatures and intrusion detection

  • Expert ability to create and execute plans aligned with organizational goals.

  • Expert ability to motivate teams, inspire trust, and facilitate collaboration for assigned personnel

  • Experience in identifying , assessing, and mitigating risks to ensures smooth project execution.

  • Experience with program cost controls/Earned Value Management (EVM) and the ability to integrate cost, schedule, and scope to drive exceptional program performance

  • Experience supporting business development initiatives, including developing technical and cost elements for submission to customers.

    Education/Experience:

  • A Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science, from an ABET accredited or CAE designated institution fulfills the educational requirement for this WRC

  • Masters of Science Preferred

  • PMP Certification Preferred

    Clearance Requirement:

  • Must have an Active Top Secret – SCI Eligible (Desired)
