Tech7 is looking for a Full Stack Software Systems Engineer to join our team. This position is located in Colorado Springs, CO., in a hybrid capacity. Three days per week in office is required.
This position will be working is a highly visible project, with a few govt stakeholders. This position develops supporting applications, UI/UX, database queries, web services Member of a collaborative, integrated federal Government/contractor that develops, tests, and deploys specialized, high-impact software applications using Agile methodologies in a DevOps pipeline and communications for a government run commercial operations
Job description / Duties:
Taking a leading role in the technical and programmatic actions to establish, optimize, and maintain a fully functional DevOps pipeline that supports the DRAGON Army mission. Work closely with the Government customer and integrated product teams, consisting of Government contractor personnel, and to implement DevOps capabilities and pipeline performance enhancements. Perform system engineering tasks to map operational needs into digital engineering models to guide application development for implementation on DevOps pipeline. Manage development, integration, and execution of tools designed to assess and improve the utility of applications. Implement Agile software processes and ceremonies with a complete understanding of Agile techniques and methods. Duties include:
Support design, architecture Understand and manage mission requirements Software development Manage code reviews Testing of key applications Lead Agile software processes and cross functional teams
Requirements:
Ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative, team-focused environment required Eligible for Secret clearance, Top Secret clearance desired. Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. US citizenship required. Hybrid on-site/remote work
Minimum Education / Experience required:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in agile software development processes BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or technical field. Master's degree in technical field preferred

Salary range:
Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Pay Transparency Range: 129,000.00 - 136,000.00
