Aerotek Hvac Service Technician in Colorado Springs, Colorado

Hiring HVAC Technicians

Location: Within a 2-hour radius of Colorado Springs, CO

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00/hr (based on experience, with opportunities for advancement)

Shift: 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with on-call rotation

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of commercial HVAC technician experience

  • Universal EPA certification or willingness to obtain it

Job Description:

  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.

  • Replace blower motors and contactors, troubleshoot superheat and sub-cooling errors, and use a multimeter to diagnose electrical issues on compressors, chillers, and boilers.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and perform necessary repairs.

  • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.

  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.

  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices.

  • Receive job orders monthly and build your own schedule, starting from home to complete work orders.
