Robertson Lawn Sprinkler Company Landscape Laborer in Colorado Springs, Colorado

Robertson Lawn Sprinkler Co dba Robertson's Landscaping, Colorado Springs, CO. Daily transportation will be provided from a central location to and from worksites in the following counties: El Paso, Teller. 25 Landscape Laborer positions available. Temporary, full-time position from 10/01/2024 through 11/30/2024, 8:00am-4:30pm, 40 hrs/week, overtime varies, Monday-Friday, Some Saturdays required. Workers will be paid Weekly at $20.18-$21.00/hr, $30.27-$31.50/hr OT. Raise/bonus at employer's discretion. Opportunity for additional pay depending on experience & performance. Mow, trim, edge, water lawns & flower beds; weed, plant, spread mulch; rake, blow leaves; clean up; Install sprinkler systems & landscape materials; may drive vehicles & operate equipment. Able to lift 75lbs. Able to bend, kneel, & stretch. No experience required, will train. Employer may make payroll deductions at employee's request. Employer facilitates corresponding deductions for available health benefits. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for initial transportation and subsistence costs from the place of recruitment to the place of employment for those traveling from such a distance they are not reasonably able to return to their residence each day. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. H2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, & other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
