Maintenance Tech Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $17.00 to $18.50 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 04:00pm) Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping etc. Perform minor fixes such as replacing light bulbs, basic plumbing, tool repair Do garden/yard upkeep by mowing lawn Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm) Report to the facilities manager for issues Complies with all company safety regulations Responds to repair and maintenance requests in a timely fashion Full job description will be discussed during interview

Maintenance Tech Qualifications:

1-2 years of previous maintenance experience required Must be able to use both hand and power tools Must be able to lift 50lbs, stand, bend, twist, climb, kneel, push/pull for 8 hour shift Reliable transportation a must Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
