Odyssey is recruiting for a Program Manager to join the team. The technical expert filling this position will be a trusted advisor and consultant to the government that supports government-led on-going and future sustainment, modification, and capability upgrade efforts across theNCMC-ITW/AAandCCIC2S Enterprise Networks within the Strategic Warning and Surveillance Systems Acquisition Delta. A key focus for this position is monitoring or managing the planning, analysis, design, development, testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation, implementation, and integration of networks supporting these systems. Program: TheNCMC-ITW/AA effortsustains uniqueITW/AA Cheyenne Mountainsystems, networks, and associated components through an enterprise-wide set of integrated mission capabilities, support services, and data products that provide military authorities with an accurate, timely, unambiguous and continuous warning and attack assessment of air, missile and space threats.TheCCIC2S effortsustains the CCIC2S Enterprise and provides data communications between external sensors and end users, mission processing for air and missile warning, and system operations functions. The CCIC2S-EN provides a data communications architecture supporting the CCIC2S Enterprise and includes Information Assurance (IA) boundary protection for all TCP/IP communications interfaces..

This is a full-time role at Peterson SFB, Colorado Springs, CO, with hybrid flexibility for local candidates - subject to change per the customer's discretion.

Responsibilities

Duties include, but not limited to: Apply comprehensive knowledge of principles, policies and practices of systems acquisition and program management, as defined in DoDI 5000.02 Operation of the Adaptive Acquisition Framework and 5000.75 Business Systems Requirements and Acquisition, as well as knowledge of roles and relationships within the DoD, the Air Force, and the Space Force. Provide project management oversight of efforts, tasks, studies, and engineering recommendations of the prime contractor to meet contractual requirements. Apply knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques for gathering, analyzing, and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of acquisition programs. Support activities that assist the program manager in assessing what programs are within schedule and cost baselines Recommend viable solutions to problems and the pursuit of alternative courses of action. Effectively communicate verbally and in written communications. Provide quality acquisition and program documentation (briefings, documents, plans, etc.) Ability to coordinate staff packages including, but not limited to, public affairs products. Manage reviews, updates, and recommended changes to the prime contractors Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Management Schedule (IMS). Advise and assist in planning the implementation of projects through coordinating and integrating engineering, contracting, financial management, cost, logistics, configuration management, test, and other related disciplines to achieve successful project requirements. Advise and assist the Government Program Manager on all business aspects of the funded projects to include requirements definition, budget formulation, cost estimates, contract strategy formulation, contract schedule management, contractor progress, contract risk management, earned value status, and future budget requirements. Apply elements of the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations and service supplements to support contracting elements of acquisition and program execution. Compose draft c ntract letters, Point Papers, Status Reports, Position Papers, Acquisition Strategy Panel briefings and Program Management Review briefings as required for senior Government decision makers. Support activities in studying, dissecting, coordinating internal and external taskers from cradle-to-grave.
