Position Details and Responsibilities

1:1 patient care Working with pediatric/adult patients with g-tube, trach, and/or ventilator Documenting electronically Patient assessments In-person Developing meaningful long-term relationships Scheduling options (depending on location):

You start your day by touching base with your care team. For added ease, in-depth information on your patient is available on our dedicated EMR platform

Throughout the day you will utilize your skills independently to provide 1:1 care to your patient.

Qualifications, Licenses, and Certifications

Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
