Oracle Senior Business Analyst in Colorado Springs, Colorado
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced operations professional that is passionate about sales, renewals and customer success, and has strong knowledge of the processes and tools used as part of the sales and renewals contracting cycle. You understand how to maximize sales tools to gain efficiencies in the sales cycle and will successfully leverage this experience to drive strategic initiatives, create documentation, provide support to our client success community, and support our organizational tools.
Ideally, you will have 5 years of experience in support renewals, excellent communication and presentation skills, experience with stakeholder management, the ability to solve complex issues, and a strong desire to work in an evolving environment. Previous experience working in Oracle Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Subscription Plan Management is desired.
The role is highly collaborative and will include partnering with contacts in multiple organizations and lines of business, as well as ongoing engagement with our leadership team and Client Success community. This role has a requirement for in Oracle office work three days per week.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain the process and sales tools components for new hire onboarding and ongoing sales training.
Deliver formal and informal training sessions. Coach new hires and existing team members on process and tools best practices.
Create and maintain clear and concise process and tools documentation for the organization, including best practices and guidance for complex scenarios.
Provide process and tools support to the organization.

US: Hiring Range: from $28.85 to $60.63 per hour; from $60,000 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
